1. عن المنصة وموافقتك
تُشغّل IZY E-commerce LTD منصة IZY Courses. باستخدام الموقع أو إنشاء حساب أو تقديم طلب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد. إذا لم توافق، لا تستخدم المنصة أو تشترِ دورة.
2. الحساب والاستخدام المقبول
قدّم معلومات صحيحة وحافظ على سرية بيانات دخولك. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم عبر حسابك، ويجب إبلاغنا فورًا عن الاستخدام غير المصرح به. الاستخدام شخصي وغير تجاري؛ لا تشارك الحساب أو تنسخ أو تعيد بيع أو توزع الدروس أو الملفات أو الشهادات، ولا تحاول تجاوز ضوابط الوصول أو تعطيل المنصة أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين.
3. معلومات الدورات والأسعار والطلب
نوضح محتوى كل دورة وسعرها وعملتها قبل إتمام الطلب. قد تتغير الدورات والأسعار مستقبلًا، ولا يؤثر ذلك على الطلب الذي قُبل بالفعل. إرسال طلب CliQ وإيصال التحويل هو طلب للمراجعة، وليس تأكيدًا بأن الدفع وصل؛ يُقبل الطلب بعد التحقق من المبلغ. إذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب أو كان هناك خطأ في السعر، سنتواصل معك ونرد أي مبلغ تم تحصيله دون وجه حق.
4. توفير المحتوى الرقمي والإلغاء
بعد تأكيد الدفع، نربط المحتوى بحسابك ونوفر الوصول حسب سياسة التسليم الرقمي. قبل ذلك نطلب موافقتك الصريحة على بدء توفير المحتوى الرقمي وإقرارك بأثر ذلك على حق الإلغاء حيث يسمح القانون. يظل حقك في علاج المحتوى المعيب أو غير المطابق محفوظًا. التفاصيل في سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد.
5. الملكية الفكرية
المنصة والدورات والملفات والعلامات محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية. شراء الدورة يمنحك حق وصول شخصيًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لمتابعة المحتوى لأغراضك التعليمية. لا ينقل إليك ملكية المحتوى ولا يسمح بنشره أو إعادة بيعه أو مشاركته علنًا.
6. توفر الخدمة ومسؤوليتنا
نعمل على إبقاء المنصة متاحة وآمنة، وقد نحتاج إلى صيانة أو تحديثات أو تعليق مؤقت. لا نستبعد أو نقيّد المسؤولية أو الحقوق التي لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نكون مسؤولين عن خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية لا يمكن توقعها بشكل معقول. لا تمس هذه الشروط حقوق المستهلك القانونية.
7. تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤه
قد نقيّد أو نعلّق حسابًا عند وجود استخدام احتيالي أو مشاركة غير مصرح بها أو خرق جوهري لهذه الشروط، بعد اتخاذ خطوات متناسبة ومراعاة حقوق المستهلك. يمكنك إيقاف استخدام الحساب أو طلب حذفه عبر التواصل معنا؛ قد نحتفظ ببعض سجلات الطلبات إذا ألزمنا القانون.
8. الشكاوى والقانون
أرسل الشكاوى إلى support@izyec.uk. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين إنجلترا وويلز، وتختص محاكمها بالنزاعات، مع عدم حرمان المستهلك من أي حماية أو اختصاص إلزامي يمنحه له قانون بلد إقامته.
9. التواصل والتحديثات
بيانات الشركة والبريد والعنوان متاحة في صفحة معلومات الشركة والتواصل. قد نحدّث هذه الشروط بنشر نسخة جديدة هنا؛ يسري التحديث على الاستخدام اللاحق، ولا ينتقص من الحقوق المرتبطة بطلب سابق.
1. About IZY Courses and your agreement
IZY E-commerce LTD operates IZY Courses. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice and the Refunds & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or purchase a course.
2. Account and acceptable use
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and must promptly report unauthorised use. Access is personal and non-commercial. Do not share accounts, copy, resell or distribute lessons, files or certificates, bypass access controls, disrupt the platform or infringe others' rights.
3. Course information, prices and orders
Course content, price and currency are shown before checkout. Courses and prices may change; this does not alter an order already accepted. Submitting a CliQ order and transfer receipt requests a review and does not itself confirm funds arrived. An order is accepted after we verify the amount. If we cannot fulfil an order or a price is incorrect, we will contact you and return any amount collected in error.
4. Digital supply and cancellation
After payment is confirmed, we link the content to your account and provide access under the Digital Delivery Policy. Before supply begins, we ask for your express consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of its effect on cancellation rights where the law allows. Your remedies for faulty or misdescribed content remain available. See the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, courses, files and marks are protected by intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the content for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership or permit publication, resale or public sharing.
6. Service availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, though maintenance, updates or temporary interruptions may occur. We do not exclude or limit liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that could not reasonably be foreseen. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
7. Account suspension or closure
We may restrict or suspend an account for fraud, unauthorised sharing or a material breach, taking proportionate steps and consumer rights into account. You may stop using the account or ask us to delete it. We may retain some order records where the law requires.
8. Complaints and governing law
Send complaints to support@izyec.uk. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and their courts have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction available under the law of their country of residence.
